This activity can be performed by: Administrator
The administrator can register the following roles within their workspace:
Role | Description |
Expense administrator | Administers the application with access to all the options available in the application. |
Spender | User responsible for recording information in advances and expense reports. |
Authorizer | Receives notifications when the spenders assigned to them submit their advances or reports. |
Accountant | User who receives the advances or reports for review. |
Treasurer | User who makes the payments. |
