This activity can be performed by: Administrator

The administrator can register the following roles within their workspace:


Role
Description
Expense administrator
Administers the application with access to all the options available in the application.
Spender
User responsible for recording information in advances and expense reports.
Authorizer
Receives notifications when the spenders assigned to them submit their advances or reports.
Accountant
User who receives the advances or reports for review.
Treasurer
User who makes the payments.
