This option displays the Focaltec Control de gastos portal view specifically within the “Archive > Advances” menu, where you can see the history of advances created by different users within the organization.

You can see relevant data that provides context for each advance.

  • Checkbox. Allows you to select one or more records.
  • ID. Advance identification number.
  • Company. Company to which the advance belongs.
  • User. User who generated the advance.
  • Advance description. Description of the advance (e.g., Training tests, Return test, PRUEBAASSS, etc.).
  • Start date. Start date of the advance.
  • End date. Deadline or end date of the advance.
  • Total. Amount requested in each advance (in MXN currency).
  • Status. Current status of the advance (e.g., To be paid, To be authorized, Paid, Verified).
